I am a member of ESR, but do not receive the printed version of European Radiology.
Since 2008, ESR has provided the world’s cheapest membership fee (€10/year), which includes online access to
European Radiology.
The printed version of the journal can also be purchased for an extra €70 (incl. 12 monthly issues, all supplements). From June onwards, a 6-month subscription is automatically available, which includes issues July – December.
Membership and subscription renewal, as well as online access to
European Radiology, can be arranged and accessed through
>> myESR.org/myUserArea
How long is my subscription to the printed version valid?
Subscription to European Radiology at special rates is an
exclusive service of ESR for its members. All subscriptions require a valid ESR membership for the current year; just as with membership, subscriptions are always valid until the end of the current calendar year (December).
I cannot access European Radiology online.
ESR provides free online access to
European Radiology to all active members; this means that you must have a valid and balanced membership account for the current calendar year.

I have a print subscription for the current year, but am not receiving the printed issues.
Please go to
>> myESR.org/myUserArea and log in with your member details (last name and ESR ID). Then go to the menu point ‘myData’ and check if the postal address you have entered (or has been entered for you) is correct. Please correct your postal address if incorrect or incomplete!
Please note that sometimes it is safer to give your home address as your delivery address – in large institutions or departments, there can be many ways for your journal to go missing.
In any case, please send an e-mail to
>> office@european-radiology.org informing us of any problems you have experienced.
I missed some issues – can I get back issues?
The right to claim missing issues is valid until the end of the calendar year of subscription.
We always try to provide all issues to every subscriber, but please bear in mind that at this special subscription rate, excessive postal mailing is not financially feasible for ESR.
It is the duty of the subscriber to inform us as soon as possible about missing issues or intermittent delivery of your journal. Only if we are informed at the earliest point can we guarantee you a fast solution. Thank you for your understanding!
